TIME AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT – ONLINE COURSE.

TWENTY FOUR HOURS – THAT’S IT.

Twenty-four hours. That’s it. Just that brief amount of time to get things done. This is the day in the life of a manager, supervisor, or leader. Time management skills hone your ability to multitask and condense tasks. Become more effective by maximizing your time and create a day that functions ideally in your workplace. Through this course, you’ll grasp a greater understanding of how time management skills reduce your workday and increase productivity.

Twenty-four hours to get things done. Emails, meetings, odds-and-ends, projects, more meetings. Such is the day in the life of a leader. Further, to make matters worse, we don’t get all 24. If we’re fortunate, we’ll get 8-14 hours to achieve and take part in what is known as the daily grind. Still, we have this uneasy sense that it’s not enough; we need more time. If there is one common denominator or equalizer to our personal or professional lives, it’s our time without question.

This course aims to guide you through effective practices that save you time and maximize it by becoming more efficient with your time. Additionally, we’ll explore a project management tool from one of my mentors, Tony Robbins. For over 30 years, Tony has been a globally recognized leader in the field of getting the most out of life. We’ll expand on this practice to see how we can get the most out of each day. Furthermore, We look at the systems you have in place that become your rules of engagement. Are those systems efficient? Are there, redundancies? Finally, we explore if that system fits into one of three categories: Automate, Delegate, or Eliminate. You’ll learn how to follow this process and create a day that functions ideally in your workplace while maximizing your time management.
